Paul Pigat Trio

Paul Pigat wowed Frostbite audiences when he rocked the house down four years ago with his ‘billy band, Cousin Harley. This year, we heard he was in the neighbourhood, and decided to invite him to showcase two more facets of his remarkable talent. The Paul Pigat Trio swings through vintage bebop and jazz standards in the style of Charlie Christian, Les Paul and Tal Farlow. Boxcar Campfire allows Paul to explore traditional country blues, "High Lonesome" western music and other roots. Both groups feature the stellar rhythm section of Jesse Cahill on drums and Jodi Proznick on bass.
